I'm Rehan Uddin. I work with hospitality businesses to make them run better, clearer systems, stronger kitchens, better leadership and healthier profit.
Most owners I meet aren't short of effort. They're short of structure. My job is to install the structure, coach the team through it, and leave the business standing on its own.
Alongside consultancy I founded The Asian Restaurant Owners Network, host ARON Insight, and run live demonstrations across the UK as a Rational UK Ambassador.
Rehan came in, mapped our entire operation and rebuilt it from the ground up. Food cost dropped by 8% in the first month. Standards held through a full weekend service for the first time in years.

Attended the live demo in Wolverhampton. Rehan cooked our own dishes on the Rational iCombi. Labour saving was immediately obvious. Ordered the system the following week. Best decision we made this year.
